Mercoledì 25 novembre si è svolto l’incontro conclusivo del percorso di capacity building workshop artistici diretto per la realizzazione di opere di arte pubblica urbana nel territorio del co-distretto ACT.
All’incontro hanno partecipato Francesca Mezzano (Sarteria), Gerardo Greco (Megasound) e l’artista-scultrice tedesca naturalizzata romana Janine von Thüngen. Durante l’incontro, sono stati presentati esempi e bozzetti delle opere da realizzare, elaborati da Sarteria e proposti da Janine von Thüngen, sulla base delle idee e delle tematiche individuate dalla comunità durante i workshop precedenti.
L’artista-scultrice ha raccontato la sua esperienza a guida di progetti di arte partecipata e partecipativa, con riferimento in particolare alle attività intraprese attraverso la associazione da lei fondata BEAWARENOW e la cooperativa sociale newHope, laboratorio di sartoria etnica organizzato e gestito da donne vittime di tratta ed abusi.
È stata poi individuata una roadmap di massima di quelle che saranno le azioni che dovranno portare, entro fine anno, alla stesura del progetto esecutivo, con la collaborazione dei membri della comunità che hanno dato la loro disponibilità a coordinarsi in team guidati dagli artisti coinvolti e dai professionisti di Sarteria e Megasound.
